HOMER CRIME STOPPERS  

Vandalism:  On 08/20/2007 a storage shed at the Church of Christ was vandalized and a gas can was stolen.

Theft from Vehicle:  On 08/16/2007 between the hours of 1000 and 1020 medications and cash were taken from a vehicle while it was parked in the South Peninsula Hospital parking lot.

Vehicle Theft:  On 08/14/2007 a blue 1989 Ford pickup bearing Alaska license plate 5860CL was stolen from North Star Storage Terminal.

Theft from Vehicle:  Between 1430 hours on 1/19/2007 and 0841 hours on 1/20/2007 car audio equipment was stolen from a pickup on the Homer Spit.

 

Theft from Vehicle:  On 01/19/2007 a set of snow tires and wheels where stolen from the back of a vehicle during the night.

Home Invasion/Sexual Assault:  On 10/14/2006 a home invasion Sexual Assault occurred on Ben Walters Lane.

Arson:  On June 25, 2006 a suspicious car fire occurred on West Fairview Ave.

Counterfeiting:  Between December 2005 and January 2006 unknown person(s) have been passing counterfeit bills to local businesses.

Theft:    Between November 10 and November 16, 2005, an unknown person or persons broke into the Fishing Vessel Lady Blackie moored in the Homer Harbor. Seven firearms consisting of six rifles and one pistol were taken from the vessel during the commission of the crime.

 The Homer Police Department is asking for the public’s help with any information on the manufacturing and/or distribution of illicit drugs.  Concerned citizens with any information are encouraged to contact Crime Stopper’s.  Crimes do not need to be listed to receive a cash reward.
